Dependent Visa

  • Original passport with a minimum validity for 6 months.
  • Visa application form completely filled in and signed by applicant
  • Visa fees INR /- to be paid in Cash at the time of Submission of the application .
  • One recent passport size white background photograph, (4*5 centimetres) duly pasted on application. (Do not Staple the photographs)
  • Letter of Visa application addressed to the consular office by the person on whom the beneficiary depends, who must identify himself, present evidence that he has a Student or Business Visa for a one year NML (in the latter case said communication must be subscribed by the body on which the beneficiary of the NMl visa depends). Likewise, it must indicate if the person in favor of whom the visa is requested depends on him by family ties or by employment relationship
  • PCC (Police clearance certificate) - attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the respective government or Apostille (if applicable). PCC should not be older than 1 year and (submitted along with its translation in Spanish)Not applicable for minors
  • Copy of the Dominican Residence Card or Visa and copy of the passport of the person on whom the interested party depends
  • Medical Certificate presenting a diagnosis of general health status of the applicant and indicating if it suffers from some kind of contagious disease. Must be issued by the relevant health authorities of the last country in which the person was domiciled. In the event that you reside in the Dominican Republic, this certificate must be issued by medical laboratory, clinic or hospital registered by the Ministry of Public Health.
  • Dominican and other countries visas valid or expired
  • Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate of the children,
  • Documents evidencing economic solvency (bank letter, work letter, property titles, etc.), of the person on whom it depends. If any document is issued in the Dominican Republic, it must be certified by a notary public and legalized by the Attorney General's Office.
